Riverville Residences consists of two blocks, each having 21 storeys and 22 storeys respectively. The developers are offering four types of units for this development, having 3 to 3+1 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. Square footage ranges from 1,116 sf up to 1,400 sf. There are a total of 473 units of residential housing in this development.

At Riverville Residences, additional car park bays could be purchased from the developer for RM28k per lot at the time of writing. The two smaller units comes with only one parking space, whereas the two larger ones comes with two. Each of the two blocks comes with 5 storeys of parking spaces. The development is of low-density, relative to other condominiums in the area. There are only 11 units per floor, and each block is serviced by three lifts.

There are numerous facilities made available in Riverville Residences, including a three-tier security system, children's daycare centre and herbs garden.
