M3 Residence is a project that envisions a combination of serviced apartments and shopping mall, in which the former will be placed on the latter. To those future dwellers of M3 Residency, they will find the facilities of the place aplenty on the sixth floor. These facilities are the cafeteria, infinity pool with decks, picnic and barbecue areas, playground for the children, gymnasium for the fitness enthusiasts, multipurpose court and community hall, library and also surau. Jogging tracks and sauna are also thrown in into the mix.

As demonstrated by a few past developments, this shopping mall and residence buildings combo of M3 Residency will avoid the hassle of shopping and buying to the tenants. Whatever they need will almost be certainly available, literally, under their feet. Other than that, the leasehold is housed in Gombak, an area where Danau Kota, Sri Rampai, Greenwood, Sri Gombak, Taman Melati, Taman Melawati, Wangsa Maju and others are located. The nearest train station to M3 residency is around 250 to 300 metres away, namely the Taman Melati LRT station. Buses and taxis are mainstays in the area, hence they will not be hard to find. Jalan Madrasah is the road surrounding M3 Residency while the other roads nearby are Jalan Taman Melati that leads to the MRR2 and Jalan Gombak that connects to Jalan Genting Klang and DUKE.
