Desa Country Homes is located about 30km from the Damansara and Jalan Duta exits with travelling time between 20 to 30 minutes via the North-South Expressway (PLUS) highway.
“The PLUS highway is being upgraded to four lanes from Shah Alam exit all the way to the Rawang exit, adding another fifth lane for trucks,” added Joshua.
“The route towards Bandar Country Homes from the Rawang exit will also be upgraded to four lanes for improved mobility and capacity,” added Nam Loong.
Temasya Mentari also has plans for future mix developments across the scattered 80 acres of land remnants from the earlier Bandar Country Homes development.
Upcoming Desa Country Homes projects include Phase A, a 155-unit project of double-storey terrace houses, Phase C, comprising 72 semi-detached units and two bungalow lots.
With an estimated total development value of RM280mil for all three phases, Phase A, which consists of units with built-up area of 1,812sq ft and above is priced from RM490,000 onwards.
“Rawang has huge potential and we are already planning for more upcoming commercial and residential projects,” Nam Loong said, adding that the Desa Sales Gallery will probably be there for at least another seven to eight years to accommodate future developments.
